Dining Pick of the Week: Hash House a Go Go

Hash House a Go Go

555 N. Stephanie St., 702-898-4646

Known for its over-the-top “twisted farm food,” Hash House a Go Go started offering its brunch menu 24/7 at its newest Henderson location, which took over the former Tony Roma’s Feb. 23. With decently priced large meals, diners are sure to leave with both a full stomach and wallet. Breakfast dishes include the Tractor Driver Combo (two eggs with bacon, sausage or potatoes and one flapjack, vanilla waffle or griddled French toast) and a variety of house hashes (toppings tossed with crispy potatoes and eggs and served with fruit and a biscuit). Dinner plates range from Big O’ Chicken Pot Pie (cracker crust filled with roasted chicken, sweet corn, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, red potato, veggies and pan gravy) to Hash House Meatloaf Pasta (meatloaf, linguine, tomato, basil pesto, chipotle and Parmesan cheese). Salads, steaks, burgers and sandwiches also are available. Most meals range from $7 to $15. The restaurant is children-friendly; however, parents should keep in mind the large portions and that there’s no designated kids’ menu. Hash House a Go Go is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Happy hour is from 4 to 7 p.m. daily in the bar area only. For more information, visit hashhouseagogo.com/vegas.
