Dining Pick of the Week: ZiKiZ Wraps

ZiKiZ Wraps

1500 N. Green Valley Parkway, Suite 203, 702-565-9727

With the holidays behind us and a new year upon us, many are eager to get started on weight loss resolutions. Not all of us have the time to cook, and dining out can be tricky, but ZiKiZ Wraps is a healthy alternative to traditional fast food. The restaurant is counter service, with the option to eat in at booths or tables or take your meal home. To order, you first select either a wrap ($7.99, with plain, spinach and herb, wheat or sundried tomato options), a salad ($7.99, with lettuce or spinach mix), a bowl ($8.49, with brown or ZiKiZ rice) or a hummus plate ($8.99, with pita bread or chips). Next, choose your protein: chicken, Angus steak, falafel or crab mix for $1 more. Then, you pick your toppings, which include a wide selection of greens, peppers, cheeses and vegetables. Finally, you add a dressing: mango curry, citrus orange, chipotle, ranch, Caesar, Asian BBQ, hot sauce or ZiKiZ dressing, a special mix of Lebanese spices and sauces. You can make it a combo for $2.99 and get a fountain drink and a choice of side, which are also sold separately for $3.49. Side choices are hummus, tabouli, falafel, salad, fries and rice. Children’s meals come as a cheese quesadilla or chicken strips with fries and a drink for $4.99. ZiKiZ Wraps is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
