Fleming’s brings speakeasy era back with themed meal

The speakeasy era is back — at least at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse &Wine Bar at 8721 W. Charleston Blvd. and in Town Square at 5515 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The occasion is a five-course speakeasy-themed dinner with cocktail pairings, beginning at 6:30 p.m. July 18. The entree is porcini-crusted filet with Gorgonzola cream, paired with a heavy New York sour; other courses include a beef carpaccio salad with a black peppercorn and arugula gimlet.
