Pot Liquor C.A.S. in Town Square, 6587 Las Vegas Blvd. South, now offers brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays. Menu selections include Smoke House Hash and eggs, pulled pork and waffles, grilled bacon steak and eggs and chicken-fried steak with biscuits and gravy. It’s $12.98 without alcoholic beverages, $19.98 with an endless Bellini, mimosa or bloody mary. …

Andrea’s at Encore, 3121 Las Vegas Blvd. South, has introduced Winter Wonderland rolling menus. Small plates available Friday and Saturday and Dec. 18-21 include eggplant miso with shrimp and scallops, $9; Dec. 22-29 they include short rib poutine with wasabi demi-glace, $10. Wine pairings are available. …
