This one comes with a challenge: Finish 12 hot wings in four minutes and you’ll get a 40-ounce Gilley’s Beer Boot and your picture on the Wall of Fame; fail and it’s on the Wall of Shame. They’re tossed in a blend of ghost peppers, house-made habanero powder and a little Frank’s Red Hot sauce, $6.

The chicken wings are available with Emeril’s Buffalo Wing sauce, Smoky BBQ or Thai Chili sauce, and served with celery and carrot sticks and house-made ranch or Maytag blue cheese dipping sauce, $15.

The beer-brined wings have a Calabrian chili glaze and are served with blue cheese dressing, $14.
