Among the Easter specialties are hot cross buns, shortbread bunnies and eggs, chocolate eggs and chocolate bunnies and a carton of marshmallow eggs, $18.
Chocolate Cadbury Egg Souffle

A whole Cadbury egg is dropped into the middle of this souffle as it bakes, $15 (available now through Sunday).
Pistachio-lime cheesecake

This cheesecake is among the Easter goodies — along with candies, Easter eggs and carrot cake — on the Easter brunches, $18.99 for adults at Rampart Buffet, $52 for adults at Ceres.
Easter cupcakes

Vanilla cakes filled with vanilla pastry cream, chocolate cakes filled with chocolate pastry cream and red velvet cakes filled with cream cheese are $3.50 each.
