The Perch is scheduled to open Friday at the Downtown Container Park, 707 Fremont St. On the park’s second floor, overlooking the stage, it has a menu of 16 shared plates such as salmon tiradito with spicy cucumber and mango salsa, plus flatbreads, salads and entrees such as steak frites and angel-hair pasta with anchovy, almonds and currants (pictured).
