WuHu Noodle brings Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai fare to Silverton

WUHU NOODLE, SILVERTON, 3333 BLUE DIAMOND ROAD

WuHu Noodle, which opened July 3, is a pan-Asian restaurant serving Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai fare. The executive room chef is Chung Ping, who started his career in Hong Kong and has worked in Las Vegas for more than 20 years. Signature dishes, including Singapore-style noodles (with shrimp, shredded pork, bell peppers, bean sprouts, onions and a touch of curry), and various daily dim sum specials are served amid traditional Asian decor with updated flair.

Here’s a sample of the menu:

Starters: Pot stickers, $8; Szechuan dumplings, $7; crispy vegetable spring rolls, $4; spicy garlic edamame, $5; pork belly steamed buns, $10.

Soups: WuHu noodle soup, $9 for barbecue pork, beef or chicken, $12 for shrimp or duck; sliced rib-eye pho noodle, $12; Mandarin beef stew noodles, $10; Szechuan Dan Dan Noodle, $10; Japanese seafood udon, $12; Japanese ramen, $10.

Entrees: Half barbecued duck, $18; half soy-braised barbecued chicken, $10; Mandarin noodles (chow mein), $10 for beef, barbecued pork or chicken, $12 for shrimp; pad thai, $10 for beef, barbecued pork or chicken, $12 for shrimp; Singapore-style noodles, $10; WuHu Fried Rice, $10; Malaysian fried rice, $12; combination barbecue rice, $12; orange peel chicken, $10; Kung Pao chicken, $10; sweet and sour chicken, $10; Mongolian beef, $10.
