EDC tickets selling out faster every year

It used to take the Electric Daisy Carnival a few months to sell out.

Now, it looks to be only a matter of weeks before all passes to the massive electronic music festival are gone.

According to EDC organizers, Early Owl tickets, which went on sale Dec. 1, sold out in less than an hour and 60 percent of the festival sold out in under 48 hours.

Currently, around 75 percent of the available tix are gone and the festival is now expected to sell out completely before the new year.

All this without any performers having yet been announced.

Last year, it took until March for the event to sell out.

EDC returns to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway June 19-21 2015 with over 400,000 fans expected to attend.
