Motley Crue headlining Red Rock Resort

Didn't these rock 'n' roll bad boys in Motley Crue and Poison use to hate each other? Who cares. They're not getting any younger or healthier, and only one of them is still a bad boy anyway.

Motley Crue's Vince Neil has a penchant for getting in trouble here where he lives in Las Vegas, but Bret Michaels has become as mainstream as his Pittsburgh Steelers and his Donald Trump. We cheer Bret's triumph over life-threatening brain hemorrhages just as we shake our heads to discover Vince isn't just faking the rock star thing.

But here they are, sharing a fancy new outdoor stage in Summerlin with more hair metal and mascara than the suburbs deserve. And speaking of mascara, is that how the New York Dolls ended up as a mismatched opening act?
