• Tell us about the first special handbag you owned. A black Perlina leather bag. It was the first time I really spent money on a bag and took care of it.
• Knockoffs: Love 'em or hate 'em? I think they have a place. Sometimes a good knockoff's OK. You could probably go to a big affair, like the Academy Awards, with a Judith Leiber knockoff and no one would know.
• Image is ... important, but not as important as what's inside.
• What's in your bag? Teacup (good luck charm), pocket knife, flashlight key chain, toy race car, stuffed toy.
