Snip, Snip: The second annual Cut-A-Thon to benefit Locks of Love will return from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 17 at Rio Spa & Salon at the Rio. The event will be held in honor of Rylie Cruz, who lost her battle with cancer last month and was the granddaughter of a longtime Rio employee.
