5 people displaced by fire in east valley home

Four adults and a child were displaced after a fire at their east valley home Friday morning.
The Clark County Fire Department responded to the fire at 4367 Cloverdale Ave., near Lamb Boulevard and Desert Inn Road, about 10:15 a.m.
Crews quickly knocked down the fire in a bedroom of the single-story home, according to the department.
Damage is estimated at $15,000.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
