Bicyclist in hospital after Saturday morning crash

A bicyclist was transported to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle Saturday morning.
The crash happened about 9:15 a.m. near the intersection of Plaza Centre and Sagemont drives, just southwest of where Charleston Boulevard meets the 215 Beltway, according to police.
The bicyclist, whose injuries were not immediately known, was transported to Summerlin Hospital.
