Coroner identifies Las Vegas man killed in Saturday crash

One of two men killed in a traffic crash Saturday morning west of the Strip has been identified.

He was Alexander Rousakov, 56, of Las Vegas, the Clark County coroner’s office said; his death was ruled an accident. The coroner’s office has not yet identified the second man killed.

A 2006 Dodge Charger, driven by 33-year-old Patrick Lacy Jr., was westbound on Spring Mountain Road at 3:08 a.m. when it entered the intersection of West Spring Mountain and Polaris Avenue against a red light.

The Dodge slammed into the driver’s side of a 2014 Ford Fiesta that was traveling south on Polaris. The driver and passenger were pronounced dead at the crash scene, the release said.

Lacy, the Dodge’s driver, was hospitalized with moderate injuries and was later booked into the Clark County Detention Center under suspicion of drunken driving. He faces two counts of DUI resulting in death.
