Coroner IDs 2 men found shot to death in vehicle

Two men who were found to shot to death inside an SUV Wednesday in the east valley have been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.

The bodies of Raytwan Treviontea Carrway, 27, of Victorville, California, and Rabon Terrence Jones, 27, of Adelanto, California, were discovered by Las Vegas police about 9:30 a.m. inside a gray Dodge Durango. The vehicle was parked in front of an apartment complex in the 1400 block of North Sandhill Road, near Charleston Boulevard and U.S. Highway 95. Both men died of multiple gunshot wounds of the back, the coroner’s office said.

Police said they had received calls of the suspicious vehicle that had been parked at the complex since Tuesday night.

Information on the shooter or possible motives in the case were not released.
