My Casino is an actual casino that sits off Boulder Highway. Don’t drive too fast or you’ll zoom right past it. Once inside, walk over to Ken’s Deli and enjoy a quick bite such as chicken wings, fried chicken, BLT, grilled cheese or corn dog. Among the sides are coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni salad and soup of the day. Sandwiches, served on white, wheat, rye, sourdough or French roll, can be half, regular or combo (includes chips and a drink). They include egg or tuna salad, ham, Classic Club, turkey, salami, corned beef, chicken salad, pastrami, roast beef, Reuben and sub. Top the sandwich with black olives, lettuce, onions, pepperoncini, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, mustard and vinaigrette. The $10.99 Family Pizza Dinner is a 16-inch cheese pizza with a family dinner salad for four, breadsticks and two pitchers of soda. Several specials are Lucky Hotdog, shrimp cocktail and footlong hot dog. Among the breakfast sandwiches are croissant and egg with ham, bacon or sausage; breakfast burrito, bagel and egg, and the Breakfast Special, an English muffin with eggs, bacon or sausage and hash browns. Half sandwiches begin at $4.99, and breakfast starts at $1.99. Ken’s Deli is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
