Is your favorite soup from China, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan or Korea? It makes no difference, as a little of everything is at this new restaurant with an extensive menu. The Vietnam pho combo is rice noodles with rare steak, brisket and beef balls in beef broth. Among the Chinese soups are roast duck, barbecue pork and dandan with spicy minced pork, mushrooms, green onions and dried tofu over hot ramen noodles. East Asian soups include tom yum kung rice noodle (Thailand), mixed vegetable udon (Japan) and kimchi seafood ramen (Korea). Featured entrees are chow mein, pad Thai, Hong Kong pan-fried noodles, baked pork chop, curry mixed seafood and Noodle ChaCha fried rice, where wok-fried jasmine rice is blended with egg, carrots and peas. Several specialties are Thai-style sweet and chili fish filet, walnut shrimp, General Tso's chicken, orange peel chicken or beef, and salt-and-pepper squid. Popular beverages include iced flavored milk tea, assorted green or black teas and fruit smoothies. There are lunch specials served daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $7.95 that include an egg roll and a choice of soup or salad. Specialty entrees begin at $6.95 and noodle soups at $7.50.
