NEW BANNERS HIGHLIGHT CULTURAL CORRIDOR

New roadside banners highlighting the Las Vegas Cultural Corridor with art featuring a section of the pedestrian bridge “Vegas Arabesque,” that was designed by artist David Griggs replaced the previously displayed banners. The banner design concept was developed by the Las Vegas Cultural Corridor Board, working with Eurie Creative. The art is meant to bolster the image of the cultural amenities along the urban trail leading from the Burlesque Hall of Fame, 520 Fremont St. to The Old Mormon Fort, 500 E. Washington Ave.

“It’s great to see all the improvements that have been happening in the Cultural Corridor,” said Marilyn Gillespie, executive director of the Natural History Museum. “These new banners will definitely help designate the neighborhood as a cultural area and a destination to visit.”
