RESIDENT REQUESTS HELP
WITH SMOKE PROBLEMS

I am a senior resident at the Winsome West Apartments complex in southwest Las Vegas. I have a serious lung disease made much worse by smoke. Some residents here insist on burning food on outdoor grills and balconies throughout the property, causing dense smoke and fumes to spread and blow in all directions on any given day. This selfish and dangerous practice may cause my death by respiratory failure. I am presently unable to move. Management has great difficulty controlling many situations at this complex. The response by fire and police has been rude indifference. My family members and attorney are instructed to charge everyone implicated in this grave personal health threat. Government and county offices are aware of my condition, as I am under medical care. This letter is a general appeal for help. I ask that these deadly practices at this property be stopped at once and that my privacy and safety be respected for every relative reason. Thank you.
