Driverless RV runs over, kills Sandy Valley man

A 52-year-old Sandy Valley mechanic is dead after a driverless RV ran him over Saturday afternoon, police said.
Witnesses reported the man was repairing a 1973 Winnebago when the motorhome traveled forward, running him over just after 1 p.m, according to a release from Metro.
“It was determined that a mechanical malfunction occurred during repairs that the mechanic had not anticipated,” the release read.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and will be identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.
