NB I-15 to SB 95 ramp at Spaghetti Bowl partially reopens

One lane of the ramp at the Spaghetti Bowl from northbound Interstate 15 to southbound U.S. Highway 95 has reopened while NHP troopers wait for a for a semi-truck that caught fire to be towed, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
The ramp was completely closed briefly starting about 1:40 p.m., spokesman Loy Hixson said. The right lane of the ramp was still closed about 3:45 p.m.
Troopers believe the truck’s brakes caught fire, Hixson said.
There was no expected time frame for the right lane to reopen.
