NLV police seek help ID’ing truck that killed pedestrian

North Las Vegas police have asked for help identifying a pickup that left one man dead in an October hit-and-run crash.

Police responded to the incident in the 3300 block of East Lake Mead Boulevard, near the intersection of Pecos Road, about 7:05 p.m. Oct. 31. The crash killed 73-year-old Francisco Martinez.

Martinez attempted to cross Lake Mead Boulevard when a vehicle traveling west struck him, according to police. The vehicle, a dark colored truck, fled the area.
