NV Energy reports southwest valley power restored
Nearly 15,000 southwest valley residents were without power for more than an hour Monday night, according to NV Energy.
The outages began just before 8:45 p.m. in Spring Valley, near Tropicana Avenue and Jones Boulevard. As of 10:18 p.m, the company’s website reported that power had been restored.
There were eight points of power affected, leaving people residing within the 89103 zip code the most likely to be affected.
The cause of the outage was being investigated.
