Pedestrian killed in Las Vegas crash on Nov. 30 identified

The pedestrian struck by two vehicles and killed in a central valley crash on Nov. 30 has been identified by the Clark County coroner's office.

The pedestrian, Hok Ming Wong, 77, was walking across Arville Street, north of San Angelo Avenue, just after 5 p.m. when he was struck by a 2003 Dodge Caravan traveling southbound on Arville Street, according to Las Vegas police.

The impact from the Dodge forced Wong into the northbound travel lanes where he was struck again by a 2005 Ford F-150, police said.

Wong was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.

This collision marks the 107th traffic-related fatality in LVMPD's jurisdiction in 2015.
