Police seek man in northeast valley robbery

Las Vegas police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a young male connected to a robbery of a retail store near Nellis and Lake Mead boulevards on Monday.

Police released few details but said that he walked in a store at the 1900 block of Nellis about 2:30 p.m.

He told the worker at the register that he had a gun in his pocket and demanded money before fleeing on foot, police said.

The robber was described as a “young male” who stands about 5 feet 10 inches and weighs about 175 pounds, police said.

Anyone with information should call Metro at 702-828-3591, or to remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555 or www.crimestoppersofnv.com
