Police seek suspect in downtown shooting

Las Vegas police on Friday were looking for a man they said is linked to a Thursday night shooting downtown.

A man was shot in the foot about 7:15 p.m. in the 1400 block of Charleston Boulevard, near 15th Street, police said. He was listed in stable condition at University Medical Center.

A nearby surveillance video caught the suspected shooter fleeing on foot and accompanied by a kid, police said. The man stands about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and is described as being in his mid 30s with a medium build.
