Three men sought in northeast valley attack

An unidentified man was found severely injured in a motel room in the northeast valley earlier this month and investigators are searching for three men who might know what happened, Las Vegas police said Wednesday.

Police said the man is hospitalized and not expected to survive. They found him Dec. 7 at the Peterson Motel and Apartments at 2112 N. Nellis Blvd., near Lake Mead Boulevard. He was unconscious in a hotel room.

The three men police are seeking were described as suspects Wednesday.

Police said video surveillance from the hotel shows three men arriving in a silver Chrysler PT Cruiser at 7 p.m. One of the men entered the motel office to rent a room.

Police released still photographs Wednesday showing two of the men.
