Toddler found in North Las Vegas pool dies
The North Las Vegas boy who died Wednesday after being found in a swimming pool on Monday morning has been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.
Robert L. Peterson, 20 months old, was found unconscious and unresponsive by his parents in a swimming pool on the 7000 block of Seabirds Place, near Elkhorn Road and Aliante Parkway.
North Las Vegas police said Monday that the toddler was in critical condition up until his death, which is still under investigation.
His cause of death was not available as of 2 p.m.
It is too early to speculate on whether charges will be filed against anyone, police said.
