Two motorcyclists get away from Las Vegas police after chase through city

Las Vegas police lost track of two motorcyclists speeding through the city Sunday morning, according to police.
Metro received multiple calls about two motorcycles traveling well over 100 mph from Craig Road and Interstate 95 to the Las Vegas Strip, according to Lt. Jeff Goodwin.
Police did not attempt to stop the motorcyclists and followed them instead. There are conflicting reports about one of the cyclists disappearing into a parking garage on the Strip, police said.
They lost the first motorcycle on the Strip. The second headed back toward the northwest part of town, and police lost track of the motorcyclist when the police unit ran out of fuel, Goodwin said.
Descriptions of the motorcycles and riders were not immediately available.
