Dry, breezy weather this weekend in Las Vegas Valley

Updated April 1, 2017 - 6:31 pm

The valley’s weekend should stay dry and breezy, the National Weather Service said, but next week could begin with showers.

Saturday saw a high of 77 degrees with gusts up to 32 mph, meteorologist Caleb Steele said. Sunday will warm up to about 82 degrees and winds will die down to light breezes.

Next week will start out slightly cooler, with a forecast 75-degree high on Monday and rising winds. There’s a 30 percent chance of rain Monday afternoon, Steele said, but no rain is forecast for the rest of the week.

Come Tuesday, the valley is expected a high of 73 degrees with light winds and then a high of 77 degrees is expected on Wednesday.
