Fall weather hits the Las Vegas Valley with temperatures in the 70s

A slight cooldown is expected for the valley before temperatures rise this weekend, the National Weather Service said.

Tuesday’s high was 72 degrees, which is near normal for the first week of November, meteorologist Caleb Steele said. Northerly winds of 10 to 15 mph can be expected overnight and into Wednesday morning.

Wednesday’s forecast high is 76 degrees and might be “a little breezy,” Steele said.

Thursday’s high is expected to be near 79 degrees, the Weather Service said.

Friday’s high will be near 79 degrees, Steele said; Saturday’s high will be 81 degrees, nearly 10 degrees above normal.

There is no chance of rain the rest of the week into the weekend, Steele said.
