Temps in low 100s for most of the week in Las Vegas Valley
The Las Vegas Valley can expect a “pretty calm week,” the National Weather Service said.
The high temperature for Monday hit 100 degrees, which is slightly below average for the season.
Mostly sunny skies and no rain are forecast for the upcoming week, meteorologist Reid Wolcott said.
Temperatures will rise to 104 degrees Tuesday and 106 degrees Wednesday. Forecast highs for Thursday and Friday are 108 degrees.
By Saturday, the valley may see a high of 107 degrees with wind gusts ranging from 20 to 30 mph, Wolcott said. Sunday is expected to see a high of 105 degrees.
