Temperatures will fall as winds pick up across the Las Vegas Valley this week, according to the National Weather Service.
Sunday saw a high of 81 degrees, as well as clouds and slight showers throughout the afternoon with 15-20 mph winds through the day, meteorologist Chris Outler said.
Strong winds will continue through the week as temperatures take a dip. Monday will see a high of 69 degrees and a 30 percent chance of rain, Outler said.
Tuesday should be “a pretty nice day” as temperatures will warm up again, Outler said.
Temperatures will rise into the low- to mid-70s through Friday, and the valley may see a chance of more showers at the end of the week.
