Basic rallies to top Bingham

John Howard Bobo singled home the go-ahead run in the bottom of the sixth as Basic’s baseball team earned a 5-3 home win over Bingham (Utah) on Friday.
The Wolves trailed 2-0 going to the bottom of the fifth, but Garrett Giles hit a two-run single to tie the game.
Bobo’s single gave Basic the lead, and the Wolves tacked on two insurance runs in the inning.
Bob went 2-for-4 with a run and an RBI, and Kyle Turner was 3-for-4 with a double, a run and an RBI for Basic.
Nick Stevens was 3-for-4 with an RBI for Bingham.
