BOYS BASKETBALL: Traylor helps Rams hold off Canyon Springs

Lamont Traylor had 22 points and 11 rebounds Monday as Rancho's boys basketball team held on for a 64-61 win over visiting Canyon Springs.

Chrys Jackson added 14 points and five assists for the Rams, who led by as many as 19 points in the third quarter before the Pioneers cut the gap to two in the closing minutes.

Zaahid Muhammad led the Pioneers with 16 points. Derrick Legardy had 12 points, and Kevin Legardy scored 10 for Canyon Springs.

Legacy 65, Arbor View 60 — At Legacy, Timothy Jeffries scored 24 points and was 7-for-9 from the free-throw line, as the Longhorns held off the Aggies.

D'Eric Marlowe added 16 points, and Darious Dunson scored 10 for Legacy, which led 49-37 after three quarter before Arbor View cut the deficit to two. Legacy hit 10 of 12 free throws in the fourth quarter to seal the win.

Jesse Vogel scored 24 points to lead Arbor View, and Cameron Trailer added 18 points for the Aggies.

Del Sol 69, Cimarron-Memorial 61 — At Del Sol, Myles Dunn scored 23 points to help the Dragons top the Spartans.

Jonathan Spearman added 13 points and 22 rebounds, and Malique Dunn scored 10 for Del Sol.

Keiron Hatchett led Cimarron with 15 points.

Spring Valley 45, Eldorado 37 — At Spring Valley, Ryan Frazier had 11 points and 12 rebounds to help the Grizzlies down the Sundevils.

Sal Everett and Eric Hansen each added eight points for Spring Valley, which trailed 20-16 at the half.

Carl Crayon paced Eldorado with 17 points.

Bonanza 87, Pahrump Valley 46 — At Pahrump, Jamal Logan hit seven 3-pointers and had 29 points to lead the Bengals over the Trojans.

Travis Jenkins scored 12 points, and Deon Branch added 10 points for Bonanza, which led 25-7 after one quarter.

Danny Foss scored 18 points to lead Pahrump.

Liberty Baptist 52, Innovations International 31 — At Innovations International, the Eagles cruised to the win.
