ROUNDUP: Legacy boys edge Arbor View in overtime

Ira Haywood’s free throw with three seconds left in overtime lifted Legacy’s boys basketball team to a 72-71 home victory over Arbor View on Tuesday.

Haywood led the Longhorns with 29 points. Sam Johnson added 15 points and 12 rebounds, and Zach Lane contributed 12 points and nine rebounds for Legacy.

Darington Banks had 17 points for Arbor View, including a layup with 11 seconds left in regulation to send the game to overtime.

Anthony Trepagnier led the Aggies with 18 points.

Shadow Ridge 70, Centennial 68 — At Shadow Ridge, Zach Hafen had 18 points and eight rebounds as the Mustangs edged the Bulldogs.

David Everage added 15 points and Josh Youngblood scored 14 for Shadow Ridge.

Ben Vozzola led Centennial with 23 points. Aaseem Dixon scored 18 and Redell Moore contributed 13 for the Bulldogs.

Las Vegas 82, Valley 72 — At Las Vegas, Tyree Anderson scored 23 points to lead the Wildcats past the Vikings.

George Sanico and Hasaan Henderson each added 14 points, and Saeveon Butler scored 12 for Las Vegas.

Royce Finley scored 20 points to lead Valley. Adalberto Garcia added 14 points and Christian Kessee had 13 for the Vikings.

Bishop Gorman 81, Western 71 — At Western, Anson Winder scored 14 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter to help the Gaels hold off the Warriors.

Johnathan Loyd had 23 points and Taylor Spencer added 17 for Gorman, which rallied from a 38-34 halftime deficit to take a 59-56 lead into the fourth quarter.

Kentrell Washington paced the Warriors with 17 points. Sir Washington and Cedric Gerideau each scored 15, and Aaron Buckley had 13 points for Western.

Chaparral 61, Desert Pines 47 — At Desert Pines, Jermaine Neal had 18 points, and the Cowboys used a 22-10 third-quarter burst to stun the Jaguars.

Chris Goodloe scored 11 points and Kevin Morgan added 10 for Chaparral.

Chancellor Davis led Desert Pines with 18 points, and Caleb Myles and Tyler Larson each scored 13.

Spring Valley 73, Durango 53 — At Durango, Trey Whitley had 24 points to help the Grizzlies pull away from the Trailblazers.

Justin Omogun scored 18 points and Corey Clement added 11 for Spring Valley, which led only 28-24 at the half, but scored 29 points in the fourth quarter.

Greg Gentry paced Durango with 16 points. Donovan Williams added 11 points for the Trailblazers.

Rancho 56, Eldorado 42 — At Eldorado, Amir Royal scored a game-high 21 points to help the Rams defeat the Sundevils.

Antonio Boucher and Tyler Gaston each added 11 points for Rancho.

Curtis Stewart led Eldorado with 17 points, and teammate Ariel Baggett scored 10.

Cheyenne 72, Faith Lutheran 56 — At Cheyenne, Chris McCall had 19 points to lead the Desert Shields past the Crusaders.

Brian Organ added 17 points and seven rebounds, and Jaylen Henry had 16 points and eight boards for Cheyenne. J’Quon Wroten had 11 assists for the Desert Shields.

Sam Done had 16 points to lead Faith Lutheran.

Desert Oasis 75, Clark 59 — At Clark, Cameron Mich’l scored 20 points and the Diamondbacks used a 45-point second half to pull away from the Chargers.

Nick Cruz added 16 points, and Anthony Lianzo had 12 for Desert Oasis.

Steven Dancy led Clark with 21 points. Alejandro Rangel added 13 points for the Chargers.

Sierra Vista 65, Pahrump Valley 49 — At Sierra Vista, Viko Noma’aea scored 31 points to lead the Mountain Lions past the Trojans.

Dylan Goings added 11 points and Justice Odabi had 10 for Sierra Vista.

Pahrump’s Alex Anderson scored 17 points, and Shane Lindemann contributed 10 points for Pahrump.

Canyon Springs 100, Sunrise Mountain 36 — At Canyon Springs, Adrian Snow scored 18 points as the Pioneers routed the Miners.

Jeremy Alexander scored 17 points and Trey Evans had 13 for Canyon Springs.

Fharhaad Zinnamon had 12 points, and Matthew Marshall scored 10 for Sunrise Mountain.

Agassi Prep 83, The Meadows 72 — At The Meadows, Dimitri Amos had 37 points, including a 3-pointer at the first-overtime buzzer to help the Stars down the Mustangs in double overtime.

Quincy Brown added 22 points, and Anson Williams had 17 for the Stars, who outscored The Meadows, 12-1 in the second overtime.

Max Newman paced the Mustangs with 33 points. Garrett Gosse scored 22 and Austin Brown added 11 for The Meadows.

Lincoln County 68, Lake Mead 63 — At Panaca, Dantley Walker had 31 points and seven assists to lead the Lynx past the Eagles.

Eric Rippetoe added 25 points and 13 rebounds for Lincoln County.

Landon Littlefield led Lake Mead with 30 points. De’Quan Thompson scored 21 for the Eagles.

Pahranagat Valley 95, Beaver Dam (Ariz.) 52 — At Beaver Dam, Ariz., Cody Hosier and Tommy Williams each had 15 points as the Panthers used a balanced attack to wear out the Diamondbacks.

Kale Leavitt and Kade Wadsworth each added 14 points, and four other Panthers scored at least eight points as Pahranagat broke away after leading 47-35 at the half.

Moapa Valley 65, Mountain View 40 — At Overton, Kelan Weiss had 14 points as the Pirates marched past the Saints.

Josh Thompson and Hayden Cooper each scored 10 for Moapa Valley, which outscored Mountain View 16-4 in the second quarter.

Justyn Anderson led the Saints with 17 points.

Needles 82, Calvary Chapel 61 — At Needles, Calif., Michael Hills had 10 points and 11 assists to help the Mustangs cruise past the Lions.

Aaron Burns had 14 points and seven rebounds, and Andrew Mathews contributed 12 points and four assists for Needles.

Tyler Moore paced Calvary Chapel with 22 points. Brandon Corbitt added 13 points and Justin Cox had 10 for the Lions.

Adelson School 43, Indian Springs 32 — At Indian Springs, Aaron Lapping scored 19 points to help the Lions top the Thunderbirds.

Ross Behrin added nine points for Adelson.

Adam Reinke scored 12 points and Brock Roadhouse had 11 for Indian Springs.

Enterprise (Utah) 60, Virgin Valley 52 — At Virgin Valley, Enterprise outscored the Bulldogs 24-20 in the fourth quarter to hold on for the win.

Virgin Valley’s Jason Wittwer scored 21 points, and Zach Horlacher added 10 points and 11 rebounds for the Bulldogs.

Penrith (Australia) 62, Boulder City 51 — At Boulder City, Cameron Day had 12 points to lead Penrith past the Eagles.

Michael Walker scored 12 points and Kyle Dimpel added 11 to lead Boulder City.

Laughlin 60, Henderson International 41 — At Henderson International, Nick Todd poured in 22 points to lead the Cougars past the Wolverines.

Kris Suhr added 17 points and Andre Prosise 11 for Laughlin.

Jay Sutorius paced Henderson International with 14 points. Logan Christie added 10 points, and Keenan Gladd-Brown had nine points and seven rebounds.
