Outlook: Four starters return from a team that opened some eyes with its defense last year.

Developing depth beyond the returning starters may be the key for Rams.

“The Rams have a lot of work to do to be ready for this season,” Vossen said. “Even though, they are returning four veteran players, the rest of the team is young and inexperienced.

“The Rams will rely heavily on the guard play of Maureen Macato, Tatianna Lee and LaKissa Martin. The hope is that the four returning starters will be able to lead this young team to the playoffs.”
