Outlook: Clark made the playoffs for the first time since 2002 last season when it captured the Sunset League’s No. 3 seed.

The Chargers return 14 total starters, including Milan Dixon, who led the team with 726 yards rushing and 11 total TDs.

Marquice Stuart is back after hauling in 244 receiving yards and three touchdowns, and adding three interceptions on defense. Stuart also finished second on the team in tackles.

Clark was hit hard on the offensive and defensive lines due to graduation, but the Chargers return a solid core of skill players and look to compete.

Coach Don Willis said he’s “putting a lot of focus on (the line)” and hopes the team can “build off making the playoffs last year.”
