Saints can’t overcome early deficit, fall to La Jolla Country Day

Justyn Anderson scored on runs of 10 and 14 yards, but Mountain View (1-2) couldn't overcome a 37-0 third quarter deficit Saturday and fell 37-14 at La Jolla Country Day (Calif.).

Anderson rushed for 140 yards.

Eduardo Garcia rushed for three TDs and caught a pass for another for the Torreys (1-1). Ruben Pena threw a 5-yard scoring pass to Garcia and a 10-yarder to Colin McMahon in the first quarter. Garcia followed with TD runs of 10, 6 and 3 yards in the second.
