ROUNDUP: Rivera paces Gorman in Southwest match win

Nicolette Rivera carded a 6-over-par 66 at Eagle Crest on Monday as Bishop Gorman’s girls golf team took the top three individual spots en route to a win in a Southwest League match.

The Gaels, who added a 69 from Katie DeJesus and a 70 from Kelly Horrell, posted a team score of 279. Pahrump Valley was second with 329, followed by Bonanza with 345.

Desert Oasis’ Darleen Raymond and Spring Valley’s Julia Graham each shot 73 to round out the top five.
