ROUNDUP: Leborgne, Gators stun Roadrunners on late goal

Yohan Leborgne scored with 12 minutes to play Tuesday to lift Green Valley’s boys soccer team to a 2-1 win at Tech.

Bryan Baugh converted a penalty kick to give the Gators a 1-0 halftime lead.

Tech tied the match just two minutes into the second half on a goal by Rafael Munoz.

Del Sol 2, Basic 0 — At Basic, Gerardo Aguilar and Angel Castillo each scored a goal to lead the Dragons past the Wolves.

Ramon Lucio made three saves to earn the shutout.

Coronado 7, Silverado 0 — At Coronado, Chase Rinehart scored three goals, and Gitai Gazala added two goals as the Cougars cruised past the Skyhawks.

Jordan Yergensen and Erik Ayala provided a goal apiece for Coronado, which led 5-0 at the half.

Alex McCall picked up the three-save shutout for Coronado.

Foothill 6, Liberty 4 — At Foothill, Max Weiland scored three goals, and Robert Cowan added two goals as the Falcons outlasted the Patriots.

Mason Reid had a goal for Foothill, which raced to a 5-2 halftime lead.

Danny Musovski scored two goals to lead Liberty, which got a goal apiece from Carlos Orozco and Christian Maldonado.

Las Vegas 2, Rancho 1 — At Rancho, Daniel Nunez and Rafael Ortiz each scored a goal as the Wildcats nipped the Rams.

Gerardo Lopez scored on an assist from Aaron Ortiz for Rancho.

Desert Pines 1, Sunrise Mountain 1 — At Sunrise Mountain, Jesus Lomeli scored the tying goal with 15 minutes remaining in the second half as the Jaguars earned a tie with the Miners.

Sergio Hernandez scored for Sunrise Mountain.

Eldorado 4, Valley 1 — At Valley, Luis Cruz and Ruben Duran each had a goal and an assist as the Sundevils downed the Vikings.

Jo’ell Adams and Jesse Marta also scored for Eldorado.

Cesar Escobar netted Valley’s goal.

Canyon Springs 4, Chaparral 2 — At Canyon Springs, Brian Rico tallied a goal and an assist, and Alan Meza had two assists to lead the Pioneers past the Cowboys.

Ezequiel Chavarria, Eduardo Donate and Omero Diaz also scored for Canyon Springs.

Jose Zavala had both goals for Chaparral.

GIRLS

Pahrump Valley 6, Boulder City 0 — At Pahrump, Janet Garcia had two goals and an assist, and Sidney Sladek scored twice in the Trojans’ shutout of the Eagles.

Melissa Ewing and Amber Dove also scored for Pahrump.

Faith Lutheran 5, Adelson School 0 — At Adelson School, Dani Tharaldson had a goal and an assist as the Crusaders blanked the Lions.

Morgan Bracey, Kayla McKlein, Hannah Warner and Jessica Forage each added a goal for Faith Lutheran.

Kelly Zufall made four saves to earn the shutout.
