GIRLS SOCCER: Parven scores twice as Skyhawks top Falcons

Danielle Parven scored two goals Thursday as Silverado’s girls soccer team built a 2-0 lead midway through the second half and held off visiting Foothill, 2-1.

Krista Lee assisted on both goals for the Skyhawks.

Katherin Ballou scored for the Falcons.

Eldorado 5, Las Vegas 2 — At Eldorado, Kimberly Olivares scored twice as the Sundevils topped the Wildcats.

Dariana Mayoral-Osuna, Madison Granger, and Cristal Mendoza each added a goal for Eldorado.

Kara Bowden and Ashlee Jordan scored for Las Vegas.

Green Valley 1, Desert Oasis 0 — At Green Valley, Kayla Anderson scored a first-half goal and the Gators held off the Diamondbacks.

Green Valley’s Kiyana Lopez and Cassandra Palor combined on the shutout.

Arbor View 7, Canyon Springs 0 — At Canyon Springs, Breanna Larkin scored twice, and Bailee Davis added a goal and two assists as the Aggies blitzed the Pioneers.

Isabella Oliva, Taylor Meyers, Jocelyn Yanez, and Kendra Wallace each added a goal for Arbor View, which got a shutout from goalkeeper Kylie Wallace.

Palo Verde 10, Liberty 1 — At Palo Verde, Jadyn Nogues, Kirsten Farley, Hannah Gunderson and Serenity Grim each scored two goals to lead the Panthers past the Patriots.

Mackenzie Nogues had a goal and two assists, and Dakota Grim also scored for Palo Verde.

Kylee Thompson scored for Liberty.

Spring Valley 10, Del Sol 0 — At Spring Valley, Samantha Meyers had three goals and an assist, and Jozee DeCunzo added two goals and two assists as the Grizzlies routed the Dragons.

Sahana Bojorquez had two goals and an assist, and Daniela Rojas supplied two goals for Spring Valley, which also got a goal from Jocelyn Cruz.

Amberlynn Twigg was in goal for the shutout.
