ROUNDUP: Martinez’s late flurry allows Cowboys to tie Valley

Rosa Martinez scored twice in the final two minutes Tuesday to allow Chaparral’s girls soccer team to grab a 3-3 tie against visiting Valley.

Martinez also scored in the first half for the Cowboys.

Ashley Marra, Dzree Posey and Aliya Salas each scored a goal for the Vikings.

Canyon Springs 4, Rancho 0 — At Canyon Springs, Rosaura Guerrero-Escobedo scored three goals as the Pioneers stunned the Rams.

Valeria Perez added a goal for Canyon Springs.

Jazmin Leon made eight saves to earn the shutout.

Sunrise Mountain 2, Las Vegas 2 — At Sunrise Mountain, Cindy Robles and Amanda Martin each notched a goal to help the Miners post a draw with the Wildcats.

Mackenzie McCoy and Andrea Vidales scored for Las Vegas.

Eldorado 7, Desert Pines 0 — At Desert Pines, Alexis Sama scored three goals to help the Sundevils rout the Jaguars.

Teresa Barajas, Crystal Mendoza, Autumn Moore and Brandy Sanchez also scored for Eldorado.

Hannah Pewtress made four saves in the shutout.

Liberty 2, Tech 1 — At Tech, Ari Gonzalez scored her second goal with seven minutes left to help the Patriots move past the Roadrunners.

Gabby Guzman scored for Tech.

Foothill 2, Del Sol 0 — At Foothill, Jacklyn Perales and Drea Austin each scored a goal to lift the Falcons past the Dragons.

Kim Callen posted a two-save shutout.

Green Valley 3, Silverado 0 — At Silverado, Alex Adams tallied a pair of goals as the Gators blanked the Skyhawks.

Cassidy McLean also scored Green Valley.

Nicole Dunn made two saves en route to the shutout.

Coronado 2, Basic 0 — At Coronado, Nia Moreno and Breanna Robinson each scored a first-half goal to help the Cougars top the Wolves.

Melanie Frank was in goal for the shutout.
