Bishop Gorman high jumper Randall Cunningham has been named the Gatorade Nevada Boys Track and Field Athlete of the Year.
Cunningham capped his junior season by clearing 7 feet, 3 ¼ inches to win the Division I state high jump title, setting a state record.
It was his best jump of the season, and ranked No. 1 in the nation according to athletic.net.
