Here is the 2023 Nevada Preps All-Southern Nevada girls volleyball team.
Durango girls volleyball junior outside hitter Angelina Guerrero recorded 32 kills to lead the Trailblazers to a win over Legacy in the Class 4A state title game.
Bishop Gorman sophomore Ayanna Watson had 32 kills and 14 digs in the Gaels’ 3-1 win over Coronado in Saturday’s Class 5A girls volleyball state championship game.
The Bishop Gorman girls volleyball team claimed the Class 5A state championship with a four-set win over Coronado on Saturday. Also, 4A, 3A and 2A title game results.
Coronado upset Bishop Gorman, and Faith Lutheran defeated Liberty in the Class 5A girls soccer state semifinals Friday. The state championship match is Saturday.
The Bishop Gorman and Coronado girls volleyball teams will take on Northern opponents in the Class 5A state semifinals Friday at Sunrise Mountain.

Bishop Gorman defeated Coronado to win the Class 5A girls volleyball Southern Region title Saturday. The Gaels will be the No. 1 seed at next week’s state tournament.
Coronado swept Shadow Ridge, and Bishop Gorman defeated Centennial in the girls volleyball Class 5A Southern Region semifinals to qualify for the state tournament.
Coronado knocked out reigning state champion Bishop Gorman, and Palo Verde defeated Eldorado to qualify for the 5A boys soccer state tournament next week in Carson City.
