VOLLEYBALL: Bonds, Bulldogs knock off Arbor View

Talie Bonds had nine kills, 12 assists, 18 digs and nine blocks on Monday as Centennial's girls volleyball team handed host Arbor View its first Northwest League loss, 25-20, 25-17, 25-21.

Gabrielle Neuman added eight kills, 17 assists, six digs and two aces for the Bulldogs, and teammate Siara Roberts had seven kills, 12 digs, three assists and two aces.

Kjersten Saunders added 28 digs and two aces for Centennial.

Hannah Goddard had 16 kills for the Aggies.

Spring Valley 3, Mojave 2 — At Spring Valley, Jessica Rafay had 16 kills, 13 assists, four aces, four digs and four blocks to power the Grizzlies to a 20-25, 25-23, 25-22, 20-25, 15-11 victory over the Rattlers.

Danielle Amonica added six kills, 12 assists and eight digs for Spring Valley. Cashmere Buford (12 digs), Taylor Wightman (10 digs), Alleanna Thompson (seven digs) and Mikayla Miller (six digs) all helped Spring Valley defensively.

Leilani Limtiaco had 15 kills and five aces, and Carissa Limtiaco added 16 kills to pace Mojave.

Sua Estrada added 32 assists for the Rattlers, who got 14 digs from Michelle Hernandez.

Liberty 3, Canyon Springs 0 — At Canyon Springs, Maggie Heim had seven kills, and Tiffany Watkins had six kills to lead the Patriots by the Pioneers, 25-14, 25-16, 25-20.

Alexandra Farnsworth added eight aces for Liberty, which got 12 assists from O'ceana Cleme.

Silverado 3, Las Vegas 0 — At Silverado, Sydney Berenyi had 16 kills, 12 digs and six aces to lead the Skyhawks past the Wildcats, 25-11, 25-15, 25-10.

Mariah Morris added 14 kills and 17 digs for Silverado, and Tehani Faitau had 33 assists and seven digs for the Skyhawks.

Aileen Morales led Las Vegas with five kills. Lexia Brockett had 17 assists for the Wildcats, and teammate Anna Dobbins had 15 digs.

Faith Lutheran 3, Clark 0 — At Faith Lutheran, Megan Kronschnabel had 38 assists and nine aces as the Crusaders swept the Chargers, 25-9, 25-10, 25-7.

Bryanna Neagle recorded 12 kills, and Elizabeth Tuls had seven kills for Faith Lutheran. Bobbi Tharaldson added six kills and eight aces for the Crusaders.

Angel Jamerson led Clark with seven assists and six digs. Lindsey Folkerts had four kills for the Chargers, and teammate Stephanie Warren had eight digs.

Pahrump Valley 3, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Jill Smith had seven kills and 15 assists to lead the Trojans to a victory over the Desert Shields, 25-9, 25-13, 25-13.

Alexis Trieb added eight kills, Lauren Koenig had six digs, and Koral Hearn had three aces for Pahrump.

Jasmine Buchanan had four kills to lead Cheyenne.

Karina Toro had five digs, Hannah Lowe had two digs, and Danaye Zaragoza had five assists for the Desert Shields.

Bonanza 3, Cimarron-Memorial 0 — At Cimarron, Hayley Huntsman had seven kills, nine digs and 16 assists to lead the Bengals over the Spartans, 25-8, 25-7, 25-18.

Chianna Rodriguez had 19 digs, and Taryn Warner recorded five kills and four blocks for Bonanza.

Logan DeLong had four kills and eight assists to lead the Spartans. Addison Dolan had three kills, and teammate Alex Payan notched nine digs for the Spartans.

Sierra Vista 3, Western 0 — At Western, Faith Gray-Williams had 14 assists and two aces as the Mountain Lions swept the Warriors, 25-14, 25-21, 25-18.

Bridgette Levi added six kills and three aces for Sierra Vista.

Western's Victoria Shafiullah had two kills and four aces, and Destiny Gonzalez added four kills, two assists and three digs for the Warriors, who got two kills and nine assists from Nicole Riggs.

Adelson School 3, Word of Life 1 — At Adelson, Shoshana Wexler had three kills and two blocks to help the Lions to a 25-18, 25-22, 22-25, 25-19 win over the Eagles.

Crystil Wood added two kills and two digs, and teammate Samantha Spooner had 10 assists for Adelson.
