VOLLEYBALL: Norr, Diamondbacks top Western

Madison Norr had six kills, seven aces, 10 assists and five digs Friday to help Desert Oasis' girls volleyball team to a 25-14, 25-14, 19-25, 25-21 win over visiting Western.

Emily Ragsdale had five kills and two blocks, and Kira Beckerle added five kills, 17 assists and five digs for Desert Oasis.

Destiny Gonzalez led Western with 12 kills, three aces and five blocks. Elaina Tillmond had two kills and three digs, and Nicole Riggs dished out 17 assists for the Warriors.

Sierra Vista 3, Durango 1 — At Durango, Bridgette Levi had 19 kills and 10 digs to help the Mountain Lions to a 25-22, 24-26, 25-10, 25-22 win over the Trailblazers.

Zoe Kriethe dished out 19 assists, and Heaven Gutierrez had 15 digs for Sierra Vista.

Kaci Kedrowski notched seven kills and seven digs for Durango, and teammate Casey Howard added seven kills and six digs.

Eldorado 3, Valley 0 — At Eldorado, Abigail Olsen served 23 aces to help the Sundevils to a 25-11, 25-2, 25-11 sweep of the Vikings.

Dominique Buford had eight aces, and Anya Olsen put down five kills for Eldorado.

Amanda Manresa had 10 digs for Valley. Hannah Geberyesus added four aces, and Michelle Burkhalter notched four digs for the Vikings.

White Pine 2-2, Lincoln County 0-1 — At Panaca, the Bobcats swept a doubleheader from the Lynx, 25-18, 25-13 and 23-25, 25-19, 15-10.

Hannah Hafen had four kills and a block in the first game for Lincoln County.

Chesnee Harding added seven assists, two aces and 11 digs in the nightcap for the Lynx, who also got nine digs from Josie Burgess.

Pahranagat Valley 2, Lake Mead 0 — At Lake Mead, the Panthers were 25-17, 25-16 winners over the Eagles in the Lake Mead Fall Classic.

Calvary Chapel 2, Somerset Academy 0 — At Lake Mead, Malia Lee had six kills and two blocks to lead the Lions to a 25-5, 25-14 win over the Eagles in the Lake Mead Fall Classic.

Mariah Martin dished out 12 assists, and Sara Hernandez had seven digs for Calvary Chapel, which got five aces from Lexi Davis.

Pahranagat Valley 2, Calvary Chapel 1 — At Lake Mead, the Panthers outlasted the Lions, 25-13, 19-25, 15-10 in the Lake Mead Fall Classic.

Mariah Martin had 11 assists, and Sara Hernandez had 13 digs for Calvary Chapel. Talina Ingunazo added three kills and three blocks, and Olivia Kaiser had four kills for the Lions.

Pahranagat Valley 2, Somerset Academy 0 — At Lake Mead, the Panthers swept the Eagles, 25-9, 25-6 in the Lake Mead Fall Classic.

Liberty Baptist 2, Lake Mead 1 — At Lake Mead, Liberty Baptist rallied to down Lake Mead, 15-25, 25-22, 15-12 in the Lake Mead Fall Classic.
