WRESTLING: Four first-period pins propel Centennial by Arbor View

Centennial posted four first-period pins Tuesday on the way to a 46-25 victory over host Arbor View.

Hunter Brown had the quickest pin, downing his opponent in 56 seconds at 195 pounds. Ryan Pierce (106), Earl Teopaco (132),and Ricardo Castillo (285) also had first-period pins for the Bulldogs.

Sergio Hernandez (145) and William Richardson (160) won by fall for Centennial, which also posted an 81-0 win over Moapa Valley.

Tyler Ramos (120) and Jonathon Molina (220) posted pins for the Aggies.

Arbor View 72, Moapa Valley 12 — At Arbor View, Alexander Espinosa earned a pin in 30 seconds at 195 to help the Aggies down the Pirates.

Sergei Ireland (113), John Vigil (126), David Oxnelas (138), Kyle Richardson (145), Destry Talledo (152), Austin York (170), Andrew Riffel (182) and Molina (220) also won by pin for the Aggies.

Dakota Baldwin (132) and Kaleb Bodily (160) won by pin for the Pirates.
