2 North Las Vegas brothers face charges in string of purse, wallet snatchings

Two North Las Vegas brothers were arrested Thursday in connection with a spree of purse and wallet snatchings that began Dec. 30, according to Las Vegas police.

Brent Cline, 22, and Raymond Cline, 24, were taken into custody and face charges of conspiracy to commit robbery and attempted robbery. The brothers had been targeting women in retail stores and casino parking lots, police said.

At least seven of the robberies took place within Las Vegas police jurisdiction, while one happened in North Las Vegas. Police are still investigating and additional charges are expected, officials said.
